It was created and run by Keith Morrison-Williams after finding that there was no-one out there catering for Garages needing to find qualified MOT Testers and Testers finding VOSA registered Garages. Being a tester himself, Keith realised that Garages had no point of contact for covering Testers when they are ill, on holiday or just need a little cover. Now this service has been running for over 4 years and has gain in popularity, providing a mine of information for both Garage's and Tester's alike.
