Whether you’re playing golf, training in the gym, gardening at home, running around after the kids or playing sport at the weekend, I want you to be able to do anything you choose to do, or that life chucks at you, and have fun doing it.
I want you to be able to MOVE in as many ways as possible, from running to swimming, squatting to Kettlebells, handstands to cartwheels, you name it, and i want you to be able to have a go at it. I want you to be able to EAT a diet that’s enjoyable, sustainable and ultimately helps you achieve your goals. And i want you to keep pushing the boundaries; PERFORM at the top of your ability and be as strong and healthy as possible.
My training involves many aspects from mobility and flexibility, gymnastic and body weight exercises, weight training and cardio. All supported by a simple and effective nutritional approach that will help you achieve your goals whether it’s weight loss, toning or muscle gain.
