Mum-Dance is a 1980's dance class which is designed specifically to meet the needs of mums bodies. You will be working on separated abdominals, pelvic floor, improving muscle tone throughout the body, lifting your bottom and stretching and sweating. Mum bodies need particular repairing and strengthening and that can only come from a targeted programme rather than other forms of weight loss exercise regimes. As a Dance Movement Therapist and dance educator with 15 years experience I will work with you until you see and feel results, homework optional! I will hide all the hard work in brilliantly fun dance routines to your favourite 1980's music. Get back to your old self!

Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm at Fitzmaurice School, Bradford on Avon.
Tuesdays 9.30 - 10.30am at New Oriel Hall, Bath
Classes £45 per term, payable at the end of the first class
