P&P On most orders going as a packet is £3.75 1st class.
If its thin enough to go as a large letter it will be £1.50

Returns policy
Bespoke/personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty, spelling errors cannot be rectified once delivered so please double check spellings before hand.

You have the right to return other items within one week of delivery but you must email us before hand to discuss the return.

Returning Items . . .
For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay
for the return of the products to us. When returning items it is recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post.
We will then refund the money you paid for the items minus postage paid.

1st class postage 2-3 days
2nd class postage 3-5 days
If your item has not been received within 7 working days please inform me immediately. You have 14 days to inform me of any missing post after this time I cannot be held responsible for them.
