THESE ARE OUR GROUP AIMS: Meet every Thursday at 7.15pm outside Neston Memorial Hall. Open to all abilities. To be a friendly, welcoming group, informal and non-competitive. Our runs will be approx 30 mins. We will always run in a group & double back to ensure no-one is left running alone. For our safety and that of those around us we will wear high-visibility clothing and the use of head torches is encouraged in the winter months. We will finish our run at Neston Country Inn on the first Thursday of each month!
