New Leaf Original Character Role-Play

This page is for like-minded role-players to interact and enjoy a text based role-play community. Character diversity and original content is appreciated.

Setting: 1890's alternate universe England.
Location: Three miles north-east of Bibury; an isolated rural countryside, mainly occupied by miles of farmland.
Residence: A large Victorian manor titled the Eden Estate, consistent of 4 different floors and a basement, spanning a total of 995 acres.

This role-play page is for all role-player's alike to interact as their original character(s). However there are a few rules that all admins/editors must follow. If they don't then they shall be removed as admins/editors from this page, and can't become one ever again.

The rules are as followed:
1. Be respectful to all other admins/editors on this page.
2. Please try to stay in character (as per your original character bio say's.) as much as possible and when you make a comment or create a post please leave the name of your character after it (Ex: Hello ~Jean)
3. No killing of any roleplaying character
4. Romantic relationships are allowed, however must not intrude into obscene territory.
5. No offensive language/bashing of any of the members.
6. Please do not bring personal drama into the role-play.
7. You are permitted a four week absence from the role-play before expulsion. If you are to be absent for such time then please notify the admins beforehand.
8. Each editor is allowed to play up to one character on the page.
9. Comments/posts must be submitted in complete sentences with relatively accurate grammar, containing no internet slang, nor emoticons. Subject matter must be relevant to the pertaining topic of the initial post. If this rule is not followed the admins shall be given rights to alter the comment(s) without the consent of the original commenter.
10. Posts on the page are not always in chronological order. Posts can differ, and may entirely diverge from a previous post unless made otherwise.
11. Your roleplay character must be "original", as in you may not take a character from any other form of media or literature.
12. When posting, be sure to include a brief summary of where you are and what you are currently doing at that time.
13. If the previous rules are not followed accordingly then the appointed admins will have permission to suggest expulsion. Thereafter (all) admin approval, the matter will be brought to a democratic group vote. If this passes, the designated member of said discussion will be expelled permanently from the page.
