5.30-6.15pm - Junior Tigers (7-11yrs)
6.30-7.30pm - Senior Tigers
7.30-8.30pm - Adults (12yrs+)
Classes are held at the Hatherton House Hotel, Penkridge, ST19 5QP.

FRIDAYS:
6-7pm - Red belt and above training zone!
7-8pm - Extra Sparring Class - ALL WELCOME

Friday session are held at Penkridge Leisure Centre, ST19 5RX in the Dance Studio to the right of the main reception.
