Our vast database is utilised on all vacancies and we keep in touch with all past candidates throughout time. Clients will gain our full understanding of the market and sector and we can provide multiple service including competency based interviewing, assisting with your interviews, qualification verification, skills testing, headhunting and other services on request.

QUALIFICATION...

Candidates: Candidates who register with us must either meet with us or have a video based interview. Once completed we will load your details onto our system and keep in touch. We advise on how to interview and how to progress with your career, whilst keeping track of any exams and qualifications you may be involved with.

Clients: We will meet with you and outlay a plan of how we will work your vacancies and provide you with timescales if you so require. This enables us to fully qualify candidates and the urgency of you requirement. Upon meeting we will gain a better understanding of your business.
