Over the past five years North East Sport has delivered healthy education through sport and health and wellbeing training to over 11,000 people with the help of 72 volunteers from the communities we serve.

Our work is based in both primary and secondary schools across the North East. We provide school PE, and have many coaches with a range of sporting specialilites, including; dance, football, athletics and rugby. Some of our services include breakfast, lunch and after school clubs as well as Sports Leaders training and Continuing Professional Development for school staff and volunteers.

Our sports club, North East Sport Youth F.C is an accredited Charter Standard club. This means all of our staff are DBS checked, Safeguarding and First Aid trained.

The club has been nationally recognised by the Barclays Premier League #youarefootballcampaign, and has in excess of 200 members which continues to grow.

Members can join our Football Academy from the age of 2. The academy provides a pathway into our football club and creates the opportunity for the child to have long term participation in sport.

NE Sports CIC provide physical education PPA cover for schools as well as high quality after School clubs. We also runs various Soccer-schools, activity camps and regular sessions for toddlers and primary school age children, as well as rugby and football classes throughout the North East of England.

**NORTH EAST SPORT YOUTH FOOTBALL CLUB **

The North East Sport youth football club gives children and adults the chance to participate in healthy activities through training and learning new skills. Parents are actively encouraged to participate in becoming part of the academy. By volunteering, parents are given the opportunity to gain sporting qualifications, ensuring long sustainability of the program. We work closely with coaches, parents and other volunteers to make sure all teams have access to good quality training, development and administrative support.

North East Sport YFC work by delivering age appropriate training and support to all our teams. This gives children the chance to compete with other children on an equal par. We are extremely passionate about making a difference in local communities across the North East of England and we invest time and energy into making sure that each child attending our club sessions, feels part of the North East Sport Family


We encourage all our children to progress through the North East Sport Youth football Club age brackets. Our charter standard club works closely with the FA (as well as other sporting bodies) and with schools and other groups around the region to make sure children progress through their chosen sport is properly managed and continues to be productive and enjoyable.

NORTH EAST SPORT BELIEVE EVERY CHILD SHOULD BE ABLE TO ACCESS HIGH QUALITY SPORTS AND HEALTHY ACTIVITIES IN THEIR OWN COMMUNITY.
