Oakfield B&B is a small and homely family run business. Friendly and tastelfully decorated by the owners Paul and Heidi Scourfield for tourism and business alike.
Oakfield B&B is situated in the World Heritage Town of Blaenavon. Just on the doorstep of 'Big Pit' the National Mining Museum of Wales and the historic Ironworks. Other attractions include the Heritage Railway, Brecon Beacons National Park and national cycle route 492.
There is easy access to the M4 15 miles away. Towns nearby include Pontypool, Brynmawr, Cwmbran, Blaina, Abertillery and Abergavenny.
There are three rooms available.
Firstly, a twin bedded room with en-suite shower room.
Secondly, a double room with en-suite shower room.
Thirdly, a family room for up to four people with private bathroom used solely by those guests occupying the room. A travel cot is available on request (bedding not supplied)
All rooms have with 22" flatscreen colour TVs with DVD player, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities available.
Breakfast is served in the guests own dining room and for relaxing in there is a separate lounge for the sole use of guests with an open fire, colour television and a selection of books for use during your stay. Free WiFi access available.
