Omagh Independent Advice Services (OIAS) is a registered charity established in June 1995.
We provide a free, confidential and independent advice, information and representational service to the Omagh area. We serve both a large urban and rural population and provide a comprehensive advice service on a wide range of topics including social security benefits, debts/money advice, housing, employment law and other issues affecting the most vulnerable in our society.
We are an investors in people organisation and we recently won the Omagh district Charitable Organisation of the Year award.
We provide ourselves on providing a quality, accessible and accountable service and we are unique in that we are the only advice centre in the Omagh area. As a result our service is heavily over subscribed and unfortunately underfunded.
