Omagh Kenpo Karate is a modern art based largely on the self-defense, striking techniques and principles of American Kenpo Karate. To broaden the spectrum of the art the curriculum now includes the basics of:
ground-fighting/grappling; control & restraint; weapons training; pressure-point manipulation.
Classes Cost:
£5 Adult (over 16)
£4 Child (under 16)
Classes every Thursday in The Leisure Centre Omagh (lower activity room).
6.30-7.30pm (age 8-80)
