We have Chinese Papa Bruce Lin, who successfully run his own Chinese past 8 years @ clermiston know as Anna's Chinese. Japanese Papa Joe（チン ユウエン），who had his own experience for 3 n half years after college. Thai Papa A Yi, who was working in the biggest Thai restaurant London in last 4years. Shop manager Papa Kingsley who is from Malaysian. He was scussesfully run my other Chinese @ mid Calder know as Calder vela for last 5 years.
