OUT-FIT delivers 1 hour outdoor fitness classes that are challenging, rewarding and above all, FUN. All fitness levels catered for. First class is free.

£10 per class OR
£30 monthly membership. You can then come to as many classes as you like during the month. The more classes you attend the cheaper it is.

We run 3 classes a week:

Wednesday 1930hrs, meeting on the Heath at the junction of Heath Road/Heath Road West,

and,

2 classes Saturdays 0845hrs and1000Hrs, meeting at the Plump Duck Cafe.

A bit about me
My name is Bruce Alexander. Following my time in the Royal Marines I trained as a Personal Trainer and have been running group exercise classes since 2007 in parks in and around London alongside 1:1 Personal Training sessions. I specialise in weight loss, toning, TRX, functional and group exercise. I recently moved to the area and quickly realised there wasn't the opportunity for people to train outside, effectively and safely with like minded people. With this in mind and my experience in this area of training I have decided to set up OUT-FIT.
