Outshine Hair and Beauty is owned by local girl, Shelly Mercer. Shelly has been in the hairdressing business for over 15 years. She has now decided to set up on her own salon with all her years experience. Shelly is a senior stylist that specialises in all aspects of hairdressing and has a special flare for hair up (including wedding hair).
