At Peacehaven Heights Primary School we believe that the beach is a fantastic resource that that be used for both learning and to have fun on. Each class will have a 2 hour outdoors lessons each and every week led by 4 trained staff. We have 1 member of the team who has achieved an Archimedes OCN L3 Beach School qualification and leads the groups and 3 other members of staff who have a L2 qualification, who support and lead smaller focus group work. The Beach School ethos has been defined as "an inspirational process that offers children, young people and adult’s regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence through hands-on learning in a woodland environment”.
