Hi everyone, welcome to my page, my names Sho Vij, im 23 and a mature student currently studying Sports and Exercise Science at The University of Ulster Jordanstown i commence my final year in sept 2012 and will have my degree by summer 2013. Previous to this i successfully gained a DDM (Distinction, Distinction, Merit) grade in my tech course (National Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences). My aim is to work as a Personal Trainer after my uni course which ill be qualified to do.
I am working on writing up personalised gym programmes and offering nutritional advice/plan for anyone that is interested (just to confirm im qualified to do this). The programme can be tailored to whatever your goals may be whether it be:

As well as the knowledge and experience gained from my tech course and uni course, I have been training for 7 years+ now and have solid knowledge on resistance training, cardio training, and what sort/type/method of training is required to achieve certain goals, I also possess a high level of knowledge when it comes down to nutrition, so i know what you body does and doesnt need and what will help speed up your results.
STEP 1 - i get you to fill in a form where you fill in general details such as height, weight, your goal, current drinking and exercise habits, etc.
STEP 2 - i will look through your details and if i have any questions i will contact you
STEP 3 - After payment you will recieve your personalised program and meal plan to suit your goals
STEP 4 - contact me if you have any queries regarding your program and i will assist you no problem.
*i can make you overhaul your current diet, but this may be a big change from your current diet, so in most cases you may not stick to it, so instead of this i can check out your current diet and make simple tweaks that will lead to results alongside your personalised programme*
