Running Club for ALL abilities

Set in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, Pewsey Vale is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and what better way to explore this beautiful area than on your own two feet? Pewsey Vale Running Club, founded in 1989, attracts runners of all abilities from the accomplished veteran to the eager novice. Whether you are training for a marathon, working towards a personal best or healthier lifestyle, or simply want the encouragement and enjoyment of running in a mixed ability group of friendly men and women, then Pewsey Vale RC is the club for you. So come along to one of our training sessions and be one step towards your goal.

We meet at 7pm every Tuesday and Thursday at the Pewsey Vale Leisure Centre for training runs. We welcome all abilities of all ages. In the months April to September, we meet at the Golden Swan, Wilcot for a 5km time trial, where your time is recorded and prizes awarded to the first to finish. During the winter months, our time trials take place around the streets of Pewsey.

The Pewsey Vale Running Club also arrange events throughout the year, from our famous Terminator - a gruelling 12 (ish) miles over hills, through mud and tracks - to the Summer Mid-week 5 mile, where finishers are awarded with a local ale!
