With access to the comprehensive gym facilities your treatment program may include exercises that will be done with the therapist during your session using weights, machines, Swiss balls etc. Gait analysis enables us to examine your running technique to prevent and manage overuse and biomechanical problems.
Your exercise programme can then be highly specialised to maximize your recovery and performance.
The gym is on the old Hither Green Hospital site, opposite the iconic Piazza clock tower. It is a short walk from Hither Green Station, near Mountsfield Park. There are good transport links from Lee, Blackheath, Greenwich and Lewisham town centre.
