RETURNS POLICY.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will refund or exchange the item. Please contact us in writing at info@piccolobambino.co.uk or via FB messages to let us know the reason for returns, quoting your name and what you ordered. You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost, obtaining proof of posting and we also advise that you insure your parcel sufficiently or send via Special Delivery as claims for lost returns parcels will not be accepted should the item go astray in transit.

Once the item has been received by us, we will refund the price of the item using the same method originally used by you to pay for it, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested. We try to process returns as quickly as possible.
