Pi Labs is Europe's first property-innovation focused accelerator.

Property Innovation Labs (Pi Labs) was founded by entrepreneurs Faisal Butt and Umesh Kumar and in partnership with global real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield and property venture capitalists, Spire Ventures.

Pi Labs is a 13-week intensive mentor led programme that accelerates the growth of exciting property start-ups.

The programme culminates in a series of Investor events where a carefully selected group of angel investors, VCs and Private Equity groups will be present. The accelerator business model creates a culture of innovation and mutual support between talented groups of entrepreneurial founders within the same areas of interest.

Pi Labs is also running a co-working space between October 2014 and February 2015 for property start ups who want to join a community of like-minded ambitious start-ups.

Each 13-week programme will culminate in a series of investor and mentor-led events. The investors consist of a select group of Angels, VCs, corporates and private equity houses.

All of these individuals and institutions have been carefully selected to maintain quality and give our Pi Labs graduates the best chance of receiving post-programme funding. All those selected have invested interest in this niche sector.
