Pilates is a body conditioning exercise which helps to build muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. It can improve co-odination, balance and correct posture. The classes we offer are suitable for beginners and more advanced students, also we cater for pregnant women and those undergoing rehab. Kate is a qualified physio and an APPI instructor. Courses run for 6 weeks on Monday evenings, £45.00 for 6. More times will be offered in response to demand. The classes are currently run at Phoenix Fitness Solutions in Evesham.
