Our Posh Bothies are beautiful little hideaways in the heart of the Lake District National Park - perfect for couples, singles or a couple of pals.

A ‘Bothy’ is traditionally a very basic, one room hut where walkers find shelter and a place to cook and sleep whilst exploring in the hills.

Our ‘Posh Bothies’ offer so much more than that...still in fantastic locations with great access to the countryside and Lake District fells, but located in more accessible places with a heap of comfort and style thrown in.

We give a little Lake District hideaway the posh treatment and hey presto, you have a ‘Posh Bothy’...a cosy, stylish little place to stay, right in the centre of the Lake District.

Our Posh Bothies sleep 2 people. Woodbug Cabin is the perfect hideaway in the woods and Dora's Den is an ideal bolt-hole in the village.

In either Bothy, you'll just love the beautiful views and the great range of things to do from the doorstep...enjoy!
