Post office relief service
I have 12 years work experience within Post Office Ltd. 8 years involved in the Crown Network, the last 4 years as a Field Support Advisor.
This role involved training new sub postmasters in the classroom and onsite support opening new post offices within Network Transformation. Responsible for implementing Financial and Compliance Audits. Support and Intervention visits with mails , Dangerous Goods, Balancing procedures and income generation.
My services now are relief, training and support work to enable sub postmasters to have weekend or holiday breaks.
I am fully competent in daily and weekly procedures. My compliance modules are updated regularly and I am registered with PO Ltd HR.
