PreSchool ponies offers children from age 2 to school age the opportunity to learn to ride in a safe, secure environment, with a fully qualified and experienced instructor. Each session lasts 45 minutes including 15minutes of pony handling.

Sessions take place on a weekly basis and use games, music and simple exercises to build confidence, co-ordination, concentration and core-strength on horseback. Games involving number, colour and shape recognition in addition to simple phonics also develop additional key skills.

Sessions are booked on a half-termly basis to ensure consistency of progression. One-to-one adult supervision is required at all times for each rider.

We have a fully covered indoor school in addition to a range of fields and quiet lanes to ensure pleasurable riding in all weathers. Hats and back protectors to fit even the smallest riders are available to borrow on site.
