Our holiday home is situated on a quiet area, which has its own parking next to the caravan. The caravan has a grassed area outside with picnic bench and space for children to play safely. There is a decking to our caravan with table and chairs.

It is just a few minutes walk to the children's park, a 5 minute walk to a 9 hole golf course and a 10 minute walk to Hopton's beach, showbar, restaurant, swimming pools, mini golf, Go Karts, bouncy castle, archery, football area, tennis courts and children's play areas.

This is a modern, luxury caravan and graded Prestige with decking. It has 3 bedrooms with an en-suite to double bedroom and an extra shower room with basin and toilet to the 2 single rooms.
It is fully double glazed and has full gas central heating with piped gas so no risk of an empty gas bottle!

The lounge area has fitted sofas, large television on the wall above electric fire. There is a dining table with 6 chairs.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and is fitted with plenty of cupboards and fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, saucepans etc.
An ironing board, iron and hoover are also provided.

We also have a high chair and travel cot available at no extra cost.

**The cost of the holiday does not include entertainment passes. They are purchased from Hopton holiday reception on arrival**

Breaks are based on 3, 4 or 7 nights but also longer if required.
Mon to Fri, Fri to Mon or Fri to Fri (Saturday to Saturday may be possible depending on existing bookings).

Hopton Holiday Village is a short 10/15 minute drive to Pleasure Wood Hills, a short distance to Africa Alive and a 10 minute drive into Great Yarmouth where there is plenty of activity and things to do.
