I operate out of Active Life @Coxhoe, which has a brand new Functional Training Facility, Olympic Lifting Platform, Outside Training Area as well as the traditional gym facilities (cardio machines, weights, changing rooms & showers).

Health and fitness has been a fundamental part of my life for as long as i can remember. For me, it is a way of life, and I believe this is why it feels so natural and rewarding for me to help others on their journey towards a fitter, healthier version of themselves.
I take enormous pride is not only helping people look and feel better about themselves, but helping them function better as well. To me, a useful body will always look good, but a body that looks good isn't always useful.
As well as being a Personal Trainer and Group Class Instructor, I have a variety of the industries foremost qualifications as I understand that everybody is an individual and different exercises appeal to different people. From Kettlebells and Boxercise, to Sports Conditioning and Exercise Referral, I am confident of finding the right programme for you to help you achieve a body which you can be proud of.
I believe that if you don’t make time for health and fitness now, then you will eventually have to make time for illness. This is why I give every client my absolute focus. Once we find out what you enjoy and what works best for you, we can then design a programme and start creating positive, healthier habits which you can do on a daily basis, because we all know that consistency is the key to real, long lasting change.
When not training clients I am very active myself. I enjoy playing football and taking part in crossfit, as well as fell walking and mountain climbing. I also like to spend time with family, especially younger brothers, sisters and nephews.
