Proper Patisserie is the new business of top UK Pastry Chef, Andrew Blas. 2017 captain of the UK Pastry Team and former Executive Pastry Chef of prestigious London hotel Café Royal and recent Corporate Executive Pastry Chef for luxury cruise line company Seabourn.
Born and raised in Sunderland, he is returning to the North East to set up his own personal brand and business – Proper Patisserie. For the first time, Andrew’s patisserie will be available outside of London, and by late Spring 2017 online.
