Puppy School training classes are of the highest standard and professional tutors make classes stimulating and fun for owners and puppies.

At our puppy training classes, only kind, effective techniques are used and puppies are 'educated' to have good manners, be friendly with adults, children and other dogs, and to respond to essential commands.

Puppy School classes are designed for vaccinated puppies aged 20 weeks or less. Class numbers are restricted to 8 puppies, ensuring that 1-1 attention is provided to each owner and so as not to overwhelm the puppies and to be able to give as much individual attention as possible.
For this reason we ask people to book in advance, in order for you to be guaranteed a place.

The Puppy school course runs as in a set of six classes.
We warmly welcome Children aged 4 and up to come to classes and to actively assist in the training of the family dog.

Topics covered in class are as follows; 'Come' when called, ‘sit, ‘down’, ‘stand’, walk on a loose lead, ‘wait’, ‘off’, essential socialisation, how to greet humans appropriately, getting used to being handled, examined, hugged, lifted and grabbed by owners and strangers as well as food, chew and toy possession manners.

Handouts are given at the end of each class to help with training at home and on completion of the course you will receive a rosette and certificate!
