PURE cuisine is the creation of Ellie Brinton an experienced Raw Food Chef, Juicing Master, Life Coach and Health Guru. With both parents having a chef/cook background from Madeira the cooking bug defiantly rubbed off on Ellie. Ellie has been creating and mastering Organic Vegan, Gluten Free Cuisine dishes for the past few years after suffering from Health issues and finding it very difficult to eat out!

So PURE was born together with her partner Stuart are now able to offer fabulous Fusion Mediterranean Cuisine. The restaurant is also available for Private Hire/ Afternoon Tea/Birthdays etc....catering for up to 30 .Something different to experience and never forgotten.
