Ray Boxshall Orienteering Fun Day Kintbury

This annual event will be held on Sunday 2nd October 2016 this year.
Start time of 9am from the Coronation Hall.

The Ray Boxshall Orienteering fun day is an annual event that takes place
in the village of Kintbury; it attracts many teams from the village and surrounding
area. Participants walk approximately 7 miles, solving clues along the route.
Teams can contain both adults and children, who are encouraged to enter with
their parents or carers. We have a special additional competition for children.
The event promotes health and fitness for young and old alike. It has two main
aims, firstly to keep open the local footpaths in the surrounding area and secondly
to raise funds for local charities.
The event has now been running for 36 years now.
