That’s the purpose of Real Life Options – to support people to make their own choices and live their own lives.
Real Life Options is recruiting people who would like to make a difference to someone's life - someone who would appreciate your time, support and friendship. We are keen to recruit people from all types of backgrounds, to work with people in their own homes and in social settings.
The hours are very flexible. Experience is often not necessary - Real Life Options is Investors In People Gold accredited and has a systematic and structured approach to training for all staff. We work in many parts of England, Scotland and Wales.
