Reflexology is a complementary therapy which uses the stimulation of reflex points on the feet and hands which correspond to organs and systems in the body. It is known to aid sleep,improve mood and sense of well-being, help relieve tension and help with relaxation. It is commonly used alongside fertility treatment and to prepare the body for conception. In pregnancy it can help prepare women for labour. I have undertaken extra training to treat couples during the conception journey and pregnant and post partum women.
