Dedicated to creating a space of wellbeing where you can relax in the heart of a tranquil setting. Start with a soothing hot foot soak followed by a rejuvenating reflexology session with your choice of organic essential oil. Trained in Canada and gained unique experience in the use of Chinese techniques. The hour session will help relieve stress, neck, back and shoulder pain, promote bladder and bowel function, promote circulation and lymphatic flow. Most importantly, it feels good :-)

What is it?
Reflexology is natural healing based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Through pressure of the fingers and thumbs on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.

My experience
I am Certified Reflexologist trained in Canadian and Chinese techniques.I am also a trained nurse.

When you visit…..
Your shoes and socks will need to be removed. Wear loose trousers as they will be rolled up above your knee.

You may feel brief discomfort in some places. This is just an indication of areas that may be unbalanced or congested and should ease during the treatment.

Tell me how you feel after each treatment to help me monitor your progress and tailor a treatment plan to your needs.

It is advisable to drink plenty of water after each treatment and if possible, to rest.
