The Regal in Tenbury Wells, whose recent restoration was supported by the
Heritage Lottery Fund. What's on, film fun, heritage engagement and more!
The Regal Cinema in Tenbury Wells opened in 1937. Since then it has provided cinema entertainment for the town and the surrounding area,
under commercial and volunteer-run groups. Today, the Regal operates as a multi-use arts venue run by the Regal Tenbury Trust.
The Regal has been fortunate to have a restoration project supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund. This facebook page followed the progress of the restoration work and the events and activities that happened alongside the construction work, and continues to inform about the history of the cinema and heritage events happening there. It now also provides showtimes, film fact fun, competitions and more!
