Nothing is left to chance - with underfloor heating to the stone flagged floors, three bathrooms, a games room with console and beanbags for our younger guests, and a real cook's kitchen; open plan to the stunning living area, with dining table and cosy seats. Garden furniture and barbecue are provided, with a second patio to catch the last of the evening sun; perfect for "sundowners"! Guests also enjoy the use of three acres of paddocks - perfect for football, picnicking, or for giving the dogs a run. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and a bathroom and downstairs shower room are also provided. Oil fired central heating and an open fire keep you snug, even in winter! Great location for walking, golf, and horse racing breaks. Cyclists can enjoy exploring the Tour de France 2014 route! Parking for up to 3 cars, and plenty of indoor storage for bikes, golf clubs and fishing gear!
