Royston Primary School was in Edinburgh but sadly in 2009 the school was closed down after being in the council's hit list to be under threat of closure. This was a very sad time for the community as parents, pupils and local councilors cared a lot about the school. They did everything they could to save their beloved primary school but sadly the school closed on the 1st Of July 2009. But the memories of Royston still live on..
