The RSPCA Essex South and Southend District branch is one of 164 seperately registered charities that support the local work of the RSPCA Inspectorate. We are primarily responsible for raising funds locally through fundraising, donations, legacies and via our local charity shops.
The branch relies entirely on volunteers to organise fund raising needed to pay for the private boarding, veterinary care and re-homing of animals delivered into our care by RSPCA Inspectors in the local area.
The branch covers the Boroughs of Castle Point, Rochford and Southend on Sea.

We are in desperate need for funds to help an ever increasing number of cats and other animals in need.
Thank you so much
A routine home check will be undertaken during the adoption process and a minimum donation will be required. As cats will be routinely treated with flea and worm treatment whilst they are in our care, and will be vaccinated, micro-chipped and neutered/spayed (or will be required to be neutered/spayed at the appropriate time), as per the rehoming agreement.
