Cotgrave Breastfeeding Support Group meets at Cotgrave Health Centre from 1:30-3pm every Friday while this group provides additional support and info.
Cotgrave Breastfeeding Support Group is run by trained Breastfeeding Peer Supporters and is open to all breastfeeding mothers (whether exclusive or combi feeding) and their babies plus also any pregnant ladies considering breastfeeding.
At the group you can:
- get support on all aspects of breastfeeding from the early days onwards
- seek help and advice to overcome common breastfeeding problems
- meet and share experiences with other breastfeeding mums
A selection of sensory toys will be available for babies and older toddler are also welcome and we have a playhouse and other toys for them too.
This Facebook group is designed to provide an additional source or support and information alongside the weekly meeting.
