SADLER’S BREWERY COMES TO SOUTHAMPTON
Sadler’s Brewery, based in Stourbridge, West Midlands is expanding its Brewhouse and Barbecue chain and has chosen Southampton for its first foray south. Sadler’s first opened in 1900 and the brewery supplied its twelve tied public houses run by the Sadler family.
Though brewing stopped in 1927 the businesses remained in the family and the brewery was reopened in 2004. Now situated in Lye, in the heart of The Black Country, the business is thriving, supplying award winning craft beer throughout the UK and beyond.
The menu features a wide choice of authentic American style barbecue food with something for everyone including vegetarians. Main courses start from £12.00 including smoked meats, steaks and chicken wings with a variety accompaniments.
Chris Sadler, the managing director, said “we are very excited with this unique opportunity to expand our portfolio and we see Southampton as the first step on the way to gaining a foothold in the south of England”
Sadler’s Brewhouse and Barbecue opens End Of August 2015.
