SAKURA JAPANESE RESTAURANT
The intention is to target the established Japanese food market to prepare street style Sushi and
dedicated Japanese dishes to existing customers of Head Chef Ohmar Velarde and to welcome new
customers to a more relaxed Japanese style.
The venue is planned to trade 7 days a week throughout the year and feature a special Japanese
area to cater for Parties and events.
BUSINESS GOALS
For our part it is intended to modernize and establish a smart venue with the emphasis on daytime
food and fast Sushi dishes to elegant evening dinning with a real Japanese atmosphere to keep our
large database of customers happy and create a smart range of cost effective dishes to attract a
new crowd of customers to the Japanese experience.
