After having 2 children my weight went to an all time high of 12.5 stone......gulp!
I needed to lose weight and get back to my former self so I started personal training once a week and dragged myself to the gym twice a week.
In 8 months I had lost 3 stone and felt fabulous.
I then decided to become a Personal Trainer to encourage and help other people get fit and lose weight.
My rates are really reasonable and my personal training sessions are hard work but also fun!
