School Direct at Turton is an innovative school led teacher-training programme based in Bolton, working in collaboration with Liverpool John Moores and Egerton Community Primary.

With School Direct at Turton you get practical, hands-on training and education based in excellent schools across the North West of England. Courses generally last a year and all result in QTS. You will be awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with Master’s-level credits upon completion. There may also be a possibility to develop further with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
