Scruffs is owned and run by Debbie Durbaca who is fully qualified with distinction to NVQ level 3, having trained with Julie Lalou L.C.G.I. Debbie is also first aid trained, CRB checked and fully insured. We are also members of the Pet Industry Federation & The British Dog Groomers Association.
