This is a three bedroom property, in excellent decorative order with off street parking located five minutes walk from the picturesque beaches at Christchurch Bay and a short drive/bus journey to the historic priory town of Christchurch. For the more energetic the bay offers an ideal spot for windsurfing, kayaking and off road cycling, or you may just fancy a walk along the coastal paths or through one of the many nature reserves which have been declared sites of special scientific interest for the plants, wildlife and birds.
There are numerous golf courses, lakes and rivers offering day tickets for fishing and designated cycle routes. Highcliffe castle is within easy walking distance with it’s popular tea rooms.
The property is situated in a quiet residential road only a few hundred yards from the local shops, with an array of antiques, restaurants and pubs.
The New Forest National Park is only ten minutes by car offering a wide range of outdoor activities with it’s quaint villages and panoramic landscapes making it fun for all the family.
Transport is not a problem. There are local buses, that travel between the towns of Lymington and Bournemouth, a regular train services from the nearby Hinton Admiral Station that will take you into Southampton or Bournemouth and the road network offers you easy access along the south coast.
