Seaton Lane Healthcare Limited has been established to develop, deliver and operate a Specialist Health Development at Seaton Lane in Hartlepool.
The Seaton Lane Development is a purpose built specialist healthcare facility, which will cater for individuals with disabilities and complex needs, the development comprises 16 Independent Supported Living Units and 12 Residential Units.
The design and specification of the scheme is being developed to ensure that the residents and service users have high quality accommodation and a safe environment in which to live, coupled with the facilities to allow staff to provide the required care and support to the residents.
