Reiki originated in Japan and roughly translates as Universal Life Force. We are surrounded by energy and we all have energy flowing through our bodies. In an ideal world this flows freely without hindrance and we are in good health, but when this energy becomes blocked or depleted it can show itself as illness, either physical or otherwise and our health can be affected. As a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner, I have been trained and attuned to access the universal energy that is all around us and to assist individuals to utilise this energy to help heal themselves. I am not a healer, I am an energy receptor and through a series of gentle and relaxing sessions you can harness this beautiful universal energy and heal yourself. I am also training to be a Crystal Therapist and utilise the grounding qualities of crystals to enhance and balance your energies. I also offer a range of services including House & Business Cleansing, Personal energy MOTs, Third Eye Cleansing, course, workshops and lots more.
