Silvermere Cottages provide self catering accommodation for leisure and business use in a rural setting. Located in good proximity to the motorway.

Silvermere Cottages are all Self Catering barn conversions offering visitors peace and tranquility in a beautiful rural setting, ideally situated for leisure or business.
The cottages are approached from the A5 taking the private drive which overlooks the 220 acres of Belvide Reservoir and bird reserve leading to Hawkshutt Farm, a working arable farm.

We currently have 3 self-catering cottages;

1.Kingfisher Barn- Retains the old 18th century barn character with new minimal feel of wooden floors light ash fixtures and spotlights.

The large open plan lounge area offers you a large double bed settee, and TV with freeview. There is a dining area and kitchen with everything you require including cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge.

A separate bedroom with king size bed and plenty of storage. The en suite bathroom has a large power shower.

Outside there is a very private sunny patio garden.


2. Caspian Gull Getaway- provides you with a cottage style large airy open plan lounge with TV and freeview and dining area.

A kitchen with everything you require including cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge.

Annexed from the main living area is the bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and draw space. A single bed can be arranged on request.

The en suite bathroom has a large power shower.

There is a sunny patio area with garden furniture, overlooking the duck pond and orchard.

This cottage is suitable for the less abled.

3. Goldfinch Charm- This cottage provides a large studio flat, providing lounge with TV with freeview , dining area and single bed sleeping area, it can sleep two with an extra single bed available on request.

Plenty of wardrobe and storage space.

An open plan kitchen with everything you require including cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge.

The bathroom has a large power shower.

A sunny patio area with garden furniture overlooking duck pond and orchard.

Other information: Ample parking is available in the courtyard directly outside the cottages.

There is a separate laundry room and we will always try to accommodate your every need making your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Prices range from £50 per night to £100 per night. Discounts available to long term lets and regular business lets.
