Thank you for visiting Small Wonders. I am a creative soul who is never happier than when playing with stitch and paint or writing stories. I graduated from a BA (Hons) in Art and Design 17 years ago. Since then, life has happened in a continually surprising way. I am now a Mum of two girls and have recently moved to Lavendon. Now that my girls are old enough, I am able to give more time to my happy arty daydreams.

Walking along a Cornish beach, early in the morning with the salt air cold in my face, I find treasures. Quartz veined pebbles, sea sculpted shells and washed sea glass. These simple things, small and wonderful, are used to recreate the feeling of being by the sea.
