Soham Counselling Services offers face to face talking therapy to adult individuals and couples.

Soham Counselling Service was originally set up in March 2014 after recognising the need for counselling services within Soham and the surrounding area. We offer 1-2-1 or face to face talking therapy to adult individuals and couples who may be feeling vulnerable and may wish to explore their thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviour. We also provide online counselling via Skype.

Help and support is available on a regular basis, short term or long term to suit your needs and budget. By utilising a variety of approaches, we can help you to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable in a safe and confidential place.

There are many reasons why people find counselling beneficial. Counselling provides a place that is separate from everyday life with someone who is trained to listen attentively and care for there mental wellbeing. We can help you with unresolved painful memories, gain control in a difficult situation, and find the strength to move forward.

By talking about how you are feeling and exploring the root causes of your discomfort, we can help to alleviate many presenting problems
